DELIVERY
Our garments are sent via parcel force 48 and should arrive the third day after sending.
Standard delivery to the United Kingdom Mainland have a flat rate shipping charge of £10.99.
You may choose to have garments delivered at specific times i.e. by 7.30am/by 9.00am/by10.30am/12 noon/Sat morning etc. for an additional cost. Please email: info@coopersladieswear.co.uk or telephone 01209 313734 for further details.
We will happily ship any of our items to United Kingdom off shore destinations, Eire, Europe and Internationally if required. Please do not hesitate to contact us for postage costs.
RETURNS POLICY
Our aim is for everyone to be 100% satisfied with their order.
Firstly ensure that you wish to keep the items before removing tags or disposing of any pakaging. However, if for any reason you should wish to return an item purchased from Coopers Ladieswear we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt when a RETURNS CODE will be issued (please do not try and return an item wihtout a returns code as it will delay your refund or mean you return is refused). To contact us for a returns code telephone 01209 313734. This code must then be written clearly on the outside of the box and also on a copy of the invoice enclosed in the box. The items must be unworn and unmarked and they must be returned with tickets attached. (Please note that all garments are fully inspected before despatch).The garment must then be returned strictly within 7 days of receipt and we recommend that you use a service such as Royal Mail special delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. The customer is also responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. The refund will be given, minus the carriage charge, in the same way the initial payment was made.
Obviously garments with stains, odours or any other signs of wear will not be accepted and the same applies to garments that have been altered.
Garments purchased directly from the Coopers Ladieswear premises will not be eligable for a refund as you will have obviously tried on and inspected the garment before purchasing it.
